Lazy Daisy Cake Recipe

- 2 eggs
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tbsp butter [Cuissoate]
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 5 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup nuts
- 3 tbsp sweet cream
- ½ cup coconut
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar slowly.
- Beat until firm.
- Sift baking powder, flour & salt & fold into sugar mixture.
- Heat milk & butter to boiling point & add to batter.
- Bake 30 min at 350°.
- Cook until thick, put over cake just as soon as it is done & return to oven until coconut is browned.
