King Crab Salad
- 1 package (6 ounces) Wakefield's King Crab Meat
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Thaw and drain King Crab and mix with remaining ingredients. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves garnished with tomato slices or deviled eggs. Can also be used to stuff avocado or tomato halves. 3 Servings. For a low-calorie version, substitute low calories mayonnaise
