Kansas Cuke Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium size cucumbers, peeled or unpeeled and sliced
- 3 green onions or finely chopped small onion
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dill weed, and salt
- Pour mixture over cucumber and onions
- Chill till ready to serve
