- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup cake meal
- 3/4 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup nuts
- Slice when hot
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
