Ingredients

Cake Batter

  • 1 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained

Topping

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix cake batter with the beaten egg last
  2. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
