Hot Chicken Salad Casserole
Ingredients
Day ahead:
- 8 chicken breasts – broil, cool, remove meat, cut bite size.
- Wishbone French dressing with garlic – Toss, marinade overnight.
Next day – add to taste with nuts if desired and spread in baking dish:
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayo
Spread on top
- 1lb. jar Cheese Whiz
- Bake 350° 1/2 hour
Then place on top:
- 1 can French fried onions
- Bake 5 minutes longer
Instructions
Optional – 1 cup Almonds or pecans – add with mayo if wanted
