Honey Raisin Biscuits
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Honey Butter
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey until fluffy
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat vigorously until stiff, 30 seconds
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet
- Bake until golden brown

Honey Raisin Biscuits (VRP 200)
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Honey Butter (below)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat vigorously until stiff, 30 sec.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with Honey Butter. 12 biscuits.
Honey Butter: Buy ½ cup margarine or butter, softened, and ½ cup honey until fluffy.
High Altitude: Heat oven to 475°. Stir 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour into baking mix.
