Honey Cupcakes Recipe

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 cups of flour
- ½ t ginger
- 1 t baking soda
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 t cinnamon
- ¼ t salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- Cream brown sugar & butter together.
- Add beaten egg & honey.
- Sift together flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt & stir into mixture.
- After thoroughly mixed, add soda to boiling water & stir into batter.
- Be sure to blend well.
- Fill baking cups in muffin tins half full & bake in 350° oven for about 25 minutes or until done.
