Hawaiian Pork Chops

Hawaiian Pork Chops


  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Heinz Ketchup
  • 1 small onion quartered
  • 1 green pepper (1" squares)
  • No. 2 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • ½ cup pineapple syrup


  1. Coat 6 chops with 2 Tbs. flour, 1 tsp. salt, dash pepper.
  2. Brown in greased skillet.
  3. Add rest of flour mixture.
  4. Combine 2 Tbs. Heinz Vinegar, ¼ cup Heinz Ketchup, 1 small onion quartered, 1 green pepper (1" squares), No. 2 can pineapple chunks, drained, ½ cup pineapple syrup.
  5. Pour on chops.
  6. Cover.
  7. Simmer 45 min.


Makes 6 servings.
