Hawaiian Pork Chops Recipe

- 6 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons Heinz Vinegar
- ¼ cup Heinz Ketchup
- 1 small onion quartered
- 1 green pepper (1" squares)
- No. 2 can pineapple chunks, drained
- ½ cup pineapple syrup
- Coat 6 chops with 2 Tbs. flour, 1 tsp. salt, dash pepper.
- Brown in greased skillet.
- Add rest of flour mixture.
- Combine 2 Tbs. Heinz Vinegar, ¼ cup Heinz Ketchup, 1 small onion quartered, 1 green pepper (1" squares), No. 2 can pineapple chunks, drained, ½ cup pineapple syrup.
- Pour on chops.
- Simmer 45 min.
Makes 6 servings.
