Hamburger Hot Dish

Hamburger Hot Dish


  • 1 pound hamburger
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can vegetable soup (10½ ounce size)
  • 1 can whole kernal corn (the 17 ounce size, drained)
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • potato chips


  1. Brown the hamburger.
  2. In a casserole dish, combine meat with other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Top with crushed potato chips.
  4. Bake one hour in a preheated 350 degree oven.
  5. Do not cover the casserole dish while baking.
