Ground Pork and Tomato Casserole

Ground Pork and Tomato Casserole
Ingredients
- Homemade noodles (or store bought egg noodles)
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups (or cans) of tomatoes
- Seasoning
- 1 pound ground pork (not sausage)
- Cheese
Instructions
- Fry the chopped onions lightly in the butter
- Add 1 cup cold water, tomatoes, and seasoning
- Fry the ground pork about 1/2 hour
- Place the ingredients in a baking dish and cover with cheese
- Cook in medium oven (350 degrees) for 2 hours
