Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • Pork chops
  • Salt and Black pepper
  • 1 cup cider
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Whole cranberry sauce
  • Nutmeg, ground
  • Ginger, ground

Instructions

  1. Sear pork chops
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Blend cider, honey, cranberry sauce, nutmeg, and ginger
  4. Add pork chops to baking dish
  5. Pour mixture over pork chops
  6. Bake at 400 degrees until done
