
Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
- Pork chops
- Salt and Black pepper
- 1 cup cider
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Whole cranberry sauce
- Nutmeg, ground
- Ginger, ground
Instructions
- Sear pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend cider, honey, cranberry sauce, nutmeg, and ginger
- Add pork chops to baking dish
- Pour mixture over pork chops
- Bake at 400 degrees until done
