Can be served frozen or thawed
- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
- couple drops of red food coloring
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 9 ounce Cool Whip or 2 cups of whipping cream
- 1 can Eagle brand milk mixed well with ¼ cup lemon juice
- Add 1 can cherry pie filling, ¼ top almond flavoring; couple drops red food coloring. 1 cup chopped pecans
- Fold in 1 9oz cool whip or 2 cups of whipping cream
- Freeze: Take out 30 or 40 min before serving. Can refreeze
