Ingredients

  • Oysters
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water or oyster liquid
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Select large oysters
  2. Remove pieces of shell
  3. Wash and wipe dry
  4. Roll in well seasoned bread crumbs, which have been sifted
  5. Dip in egg which has been beaten with 1 tablespoon of water or oyster liquid
  6. Dip again in the crumbs
  7. Fry in deep fat
