Friday Night Soup Recipe

Friday Night Soup
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- ½ cup celery
- 1 onion
- 1 quart tomato juice
Instructions
- Dice all vegetables very small.
- Add to tomato juice.
- Season to taste.
- Bring to boil and simmer about ten minutes. (If you have small amounts of left-over green beans or corn, add these to the soup.)
