Friday Night Soup

Friday Night Soup


  • 1 potato
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 quart tomato juice


  1. Dice all vegetables very small.
  2. Add to tomato juice.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Bring to boil and simmer about ten minutes. (If you have small amounts of left-over green beans or corn, add these to the soup.)
