Fresh Peach Ice Cream Recipe

- 4 eggs
- 2¼ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 4 cups crushed peaches
- 1 qt. half and half cream
- 1½ qts. milk
- Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored; continue beating, add sugar, salt and extracts.
- Pour into freezer can.
- Add peaches, cream, and milk.
- Freeze according to instructions for your ice cream freezer.
