Foundation for a Good Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cream OR 2/3 cup of cream with 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup fruit

Instructions

  1. Whip cream to boiled custard consistency
  2. Fold in sugar, beaten egg white, and fold in fruit
  3. Flavor apricot with almond
