Ingredients
- 1 cup of cream OR 2/3 cup of cream with 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup fruit
Instructions
- Whip cream to boiled custard consistency
- Fold in sugar, beaten egg white, and fold in fruit
- Flavor apricot with almond
