Elegant Scalloped Corn Recipe

Elegant Scalloped Corn
- ¾ cup (3 oz) cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 T. butter, melted
- [Swt.] red pepper rings
- Combine cheese, corn, cracker crumbs, celery & onion.
- Stir in eggs, milk & butter, mixing well.
- Pour in greased 2 qt. casserole dish
- Bake uncovered, at 350° 50 min.
- Sprinkle w/ paprika, garnish w/ parsley & pepper rings & serve.
