Yield: 70 cups

Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts Eggnog mix
  • 1½ quarts Skim milk
  • 1½ quarts Bourbon
  • ½ quarts Rum
  • ½ pints whipped cream when served.

Instructions

  1. Mix for 2 days early; whip cream and fold in when serving.
  2. Add few ice cubes.
  3. Sprinkle nutmeg as served.

Notes

About [10] cups for ~20 people
