Egg Custard Pie Recipe

- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup bisquick
- Blend at high speed 3 minutes.
- Pour in ungreased 9" pie dish.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or coconut or both for 40 minutes at 350°
