Easy Oven Baked Potatoes Recipe

Easy Oven Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
- 6 medium onions
- ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon celery seeds
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes and onions into ¼-inch slices.
- Alternate slices, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine next 5 ingredients; drizzle over potato and onion slices.
- Cover and bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, for 20 additional minutes.
- Yield: 8 servings.
