Easy Graham Bars
Yield: 18 bars

Easy Graham Bars


  • 3 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • ½ cup cut-up nuts
  • ¼ cup soft butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Turn on oven and set at 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart bowl.
  3. Spread mixture in a well-greased 9-inch square pan.
  4. Bake about 35 minutes or until cake pulls from sides of pan.
  5. Cool.
