Devils Food Recipe

Devils Food (VRP 001)
Ingredients
Part 1
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
Part 2
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add milk and eggs
- Blend in flour which has been sifted with baking soda
- Add the brown sugar, chocolate, and milk to a medium saucepan and heat to dissolve
- Blend the chocolate mixture into the first mixture
- Bake in layers at 350 degrees
