Dandelion Greens

Dandelion Greens


  • 2 x 2 pieces of bacon, cut into chunks
  • Medium onion, cut into chunk
  • 3 (_) dandelions
  • Water
  • Eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Vinegar
  • Slice boiled egg


  1. 2x2 piece bacon - cut in chunks. (brown) cool a bit first.
  2. med onion - cut in chunks, add to bacon.
  3. Dandelions (3 qr?) (washed) - add to ____ about [1/8] cup water
  4. Cook about 20-30 min.
  5. Add beaten eggs about ½ cup milk - 1 tsp salt.
  6. Let boil ____ greens - take off fire - add (¼ cup?)
  7. (2 T?) vinegar (+ 2 T H20)
  8. Serve - garnish with boiled egg slices = sugg.)
  9. Sugg = blanche dandelions before cook.
