Custard Pie (VRP 001)
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar (for baked custard use 1/2 cup sugar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Beat eggs
- Add sugar, salt, vanilla, and scalded milk slowly
- Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 - 30 minutes
