
Crunch Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 quart ice cream, slight softened
Instructions
- Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add corn flakes, nuts, and coconut
- Mix well
- With back of spoon press 2/3 of mixture in pie pan to form crust
- Spread ice cream evenly in crust
- Sprinkle remaining corn flakes over top, pressing lightly into the ice cream
- Freeze until firm
- Serve with strawberries
