Crunch Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 quart ice cream, slight softened

Instructions

  1. Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add corn flakes, nuts, and coconut
  3. Mix well
  4. With back of spoon press 2/3 of mixture in pie pan to form crust
  5. Spread ice cream evenly in crust
  6. Sprinkle remaining corn flakes over top, pressing lightly into the ice cream
  7. Freeze until firm
  8. Serve with strawberries
