Creamed Shrimp and Eggs Recipe

- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- ½ t salt
- 2 T Perrins Sauce
- 1¼ cup milk
- ½ lb. cooked shrimp
- 2 cooked eggs cut in eighths
- Melt butter in dish; add flour, salt, milk to make sauce.
- Add sauce shrimp and eggs cooking 10 minutes
- Pour in croustades.
