Creamed Shrimp and Eggs


  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 T Perrins Sauce
  • 1¼ cup milk
  • ½ lb. cooked shrimp
  • 2 cooked eggs cut in eighths


  1. Melt butter in dish; add flour, salt, milk to make sauce.
  2. Add sauce shrimp and eggs cooking 10 minutes
  3. Pour in croustades.
