Creamed Potatoes Recipe

- New potatoes, with skins
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup dry milk
- Cook small, new potatoes with skins.
- Saute onion in meat drippings (if ____ fried pork chops or other meat) or shortening.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup flour on sauteed onions
- Add 2 cups water + 2/3 cup dry milk = make gravy.
- Reduce heat.
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Add cooked potatoe to gravy.
- Can mash potatoes & skins! on plate as served.
