Crazy Coconut Pie
Crazy Coconut Pie Recipe Card Front
Front of the Crazy Coconut Pie recipe card with a notation that the recipe is from Ethel Trabinger on April 23, 1975.
From the box owner’s nephew, we know that his aunt traveled all over the United States due to her husband’s job as a park ranger.
Using Ancestry.com I found that Ethel lived in Erie, Pennsylvania so their paths must have crossed when they lived there.
