Country Steak Recipe

- 1½ pounds round steak (¾" thick)
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ¼ cup water
- Pound steak; cut into serving-size pieces.
- In skillet, brown steak in oil; pour off fat.
- Stir in soup, water.
- Cover; simmer 1½ hours or until done.
- Stir often.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
