Corn O’Brien Recipe

- 1 no. 2 can whole grain corn
- 2 T butter
- ½ t salt
- 1 t sugar
- ¼ t white pepper
- ¼ cup minced green pepper
- 2 T chopped pimentoes
- 2 T cream
- Put butter into frying pan to heat slowly
- Quickly chop green pepper & add to saute
- When pepper is clear in color, add drained corn
- Add salt, pepper, sugar & cream.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Remove from fire & add chopped pimentoes.
- Stir well & serve hot.
