Corn Fritters

Corn Fritters (VRP 001)

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, cooked
  • Deep fat

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder
  2. Mix eggs and milk together
  3. Add eggs to the flour mixture
  4. Add cooked corn
  5. Fry in deep fat for 4 - 5 minutes
