Corn Beef Cheese Balls Recipe

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 chopped chives or scallion, cut up
- 3 ounces dried corn beef, chopped (reserve 1 ounce to roll on balls)
- Dash of salt
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Mix cheese, chives (or scallion), corned beef, salt and Worcestershire sauce with wooden spoon to form balls
- Roll balls into remaining corned beef
- Serve with crackers
