  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped


  1. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, vanilla.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes
  3. Add the coconut and chopped pecans
  4. Beat until thick enough to spread
