Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, vanilla.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes
- Add the coconut and chopped pecans
- Beat until thick enough to spread
