Coconut Macaroon

Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes


  • 2/3 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract


  1. Mix together 2/3 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed MIlk, 3 cups shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and ¾ tsp. of almond extract.
  2. Drop by tablespoons, about 1 inch apart, onto a well-greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in 350-degree oven 8 to 10 minutes, or until delicately browned around edges.
  4. Remove from baking sheet immediately - a luscious treat!
