Chunky Cheddar Chili Recipe

- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 lb. can whole tomatoes
- 15½ oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsps. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, in ½-inch cubes
- Brown beef and onion in large skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese cubes to serve.
- Complete the meal with fresh vegetable relish tray, Creamy Cheddar Dip, rolls or bread with butter, and plenty of milk.
