Chocolate Pie Recipe

Chocolate Pie


  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups hot water


  • Egg white
  • 1/2 cup sugar



  1. Mix sugar, chocolate, and corn starch
  2. Add egg yolk
  3. Add salt
  4. Add two cups of hot water a little a time
  5. Cook until thick
  6. Let cool and pour into a baked crust


  1. Beat egg white until stiff and add 1/4 cup sugar, continue to beat
  2. Put on top of pie and brown in oven
