Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse (VRP 034)

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Baker's sweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Heat chocolate and water in sauce pan over low heat stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
  2. Cool and fold in vanilla
  3. Fold into whipped topping
  4. Spoon into glasses
