Chocolate Frosting for Lincoln Log

Chocolate Frosting for Lincoln Log

Ingredients

  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter
  2. In a bowl mix the confectioner's sugar, salt, milk, and vanilla
  3. Add the chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture and blend well
  4. Let stand, stirring occasionally until spreading consistency
