Chocolate Cookies


  • ½ cup Mazola
  • 4 sq. melted chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  1. Mix mazola, chocoalte & sugar.
  2. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients (except powdered sugar).
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 350. Drop teaspoons of dough into powdered sugar.
  7. Roll it around & form a ball.
  8. Place on a greased tin 2" apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 min.
