Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread buttered and cubed
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 2 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Place bread cubes in 8" x 8" x 2" baking dish
- Sprinkle coconut and chocolate on top of the bread cubes
- In small mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and peanut butter
- Blend in eggs, vanilla, and salt
- Blend in milk
- Pour over bread
- Place baking dish in shallow pan on oven rack pour hot water into outer pan to a depth of 1"
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway between the edge and center comes out clean
- Serve with cream or milk
