Chicken Vesuvio Recipe

Chicken Vesuvio
Ingredients
- 1-3lb chicken, cut up
- ¼ cup italian dressing
- ½ cup flour
- 1 T parmesan cheese
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ⅓ cup butter
- ½ cup dry white wine
Instructions
- Mariante chicken at least 1 hour in dressing.
- Combine dry ingrients
- Roll chicken in mixture and saute in butter until browned.
- Arrange in 9x13" pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hr, or until done, basting frequently with wine and drippings.
- Serves 4-6.
