Chicken Vesuvio

Chicken Vesuvio


  • 1-3lb chicken, cut up
  • ¼ cup italian dressing
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 T parmesan cheese
  • 2 t. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ½ cup dry white wine


  1. Mariante chicken at least 1 hour in dressing.
  2. Combine dry ingrients
  3. Roll chicken in mixture and saute in butter until browned.
  4. Arrange in 9x13" pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hr, or until done, basting frequently with wine and drippings.
  6. Serves 4-6.
