Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

- 1 can (5 oz.) Swanson Premium Chunk White Chicken, drained
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Dash pepper
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices bread
- Vlasic Bread and Butter Chips
- In bowl, combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and pepper.
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
- Arrange lettuce and tomato on 2 slices bread; divide chicken mixture evenly between bread slices.
- Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
- Serve with pickles.
