Chicken Casserole

Chicken Casserole (VRP 90)


  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups drained french style green beans
  • 6 oz box Uncle Bens mixed Wild & Long grain Rice
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • ½ Cup Mayonaise
  • 5 oz. can water chestnuts
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced (canned)
  • 2 Tblsp chopped pimento
  • 2 Tblsp chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper to taste


  1. Cook rice & mix all ingredients together (add chicken broth as desired)
  2. Bake 350* for 30 minutes
