Cheesy Egg Burritos Recipe

Cheesy Egg Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon PARKAY Margarine
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ pound VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- Salsa
Instructions
- Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Mix eggs and milk; pour into skillet.
- Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
- Add VELVEETE Cheese Spread; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until VELVEETA Cheese Spread is melted and eggs are set.
- Fill tortillas with eggs, lettuce and tomato; roll up.
- Serve with salsa.
Notes
Variation: Substitute VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper for VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread.
