Cheesy Egg Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon PARKAY Margarine
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ pound VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Mix eggs and milk; pour into skillet.
  2. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
  3. Add VELVEETE Cheese Spread; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until VELVEETA Cheese Spread is melted and eggs are set.
  4. Fill tortillas with eggs, lettuce and tomato; roll up.
  5. Serve with salsa.

Notes

Variation: Substitute VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper for VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread.
