Cheddar Cheese Pie

Cheddar Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. pkg. Kraft shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ¾ cup finely chopped ham
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

Instructions

  1. Toss cheese with flour.
  2. Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings; mix well.
  3. Pour into pastry shell; bake at 350°, 1 hour or until set.
  4. Garnish with parsley and pimiento strips, if desired.

Notes

6 servings.
