Carrot Cake and Frosting Recipe

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1¼ cups salad oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp cinn
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ stick oleo
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup nuts (opt)
- Mix together and pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
