Caramel Custard

Caramel Custard


  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 T. of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t. of vanilla
  • Caramel sauce, to pour into custard cups
  • ¾ cup of sugar (1 cup sugar)
  • ½ cup water (¼ cup H20)
  • Boil for 5 min. until still in liquid form.


  1. Scald milk with sugar and let cool, then pour over beaten eggs and vanilla.
  2. Place in cups with carmel sauce, and place in pan of warm water, and bake [60] minutes, at 350 degrees.
