Caramel Custard Recipe

- 2 cups of milk
- 3 T. of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 t. of vanilla
- Caramel sauce, to pour into custard cups
- ¾ cup of sugar (1 cup sugar)
- ½ cup water (¼ cup H20)
- Boil for 5 min. until still in liquid form.
- Scald milk with sugar and let cool, then pour over beaten eggs and vanilla.
- Place in cups with carmel sauce, and place in pan of warm water, and bake  minutes, at 350 degrees.
