Caramel Chips Icing
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces caramel chips
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Add the caramel chips and milk to a double boiler
  2. Let stand until melted
  3. Cool
  4. Cream the butter
  5. Add the caramel mixture and dash of salt
  6. Beat to blend
  7. Stir in the confectioners sugar
  8. Add the egg and meat at the highest speed on mixer for 2 minutes until fluffy
