Caramel Chips Icing
Ingredients
- 6 ounces caramel chips
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Add the caramel chips and milk to a double boiler
- Let stand until melted
- Cool
- Cream the butter
- Add the caramel mixture and dash of salt
- Beat to blend
- Stir in the confectioners sugar
- Add the egg and meat at the highest speed on mixer for 2 minutes until fluffy
