Candy Dandies
Ingredients
- Oven 375
- ¼ cup soft butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Stir in
- 1 ⅓ cups Bisquick
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 1 Cho. covered coconut candy bar (about 2oz cutup)
Instructions
- Drop by tsp about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Top each cookie with walnut half.
- Cook 10 min. or until lightly brown.
- If cookies spread too much during baking, stir a little bisquick into remaining dough.
